Recipe: Homemade Mango Ice Cream (No-Churn!)




🍨 A delicious tropical treat made with just a few ingredients no ice cream maker needed!

When the summer heat kicks in, nothing beats a cold, fruity dessert. This homemade mango ice cream is creamy, refreshing, and bursting with tropical flavor. The best part? You don’t need an ice cream maker to enjoy it. Just blend, whip, fold, freeze… and indulge!


 🧾 Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes (or 2 cups mango purée)

1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups cold heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

 A squeeze of lime juice (optional, for brightness)



🥄 Instructions:

1. Prepare the mangoes:

Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them into a smooth purée. If using canned purée, make sure it’s unsweetened.



2. Whip the cream:

In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. Mix it all together:

In a separate bowl, mix the mango purée, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and lime juice. Gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix — you want to keep it light and airy.

4. Freeze:

Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

5. Serve:

Scoop and serve with fresh mango chunks, a sprig of mint, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for that tropical finish!
